The Milan area, located in Niguarda, develops between Viale Suzzani and Viale Fulvio Testi, for a very large extension. Object of the construction, most of the area is still occupied by industrial buildings belonging to ex Manifattura Tabacchi, whose original nucleus dates to 1929. The factory was definitively dismantled as a target for manufacturing in 1999.
